BAFAM is a United States–based real estate development company. We acquire, plan, and develop high-end residential properties in Beverly Hills and the surrounding Los Angeles luxury markets, working in close coordination with established architectural, engineering, and construction professionals.

BAFAM operates as a project-driven development company. We do not maintain a portfolio of speculative inventory; instead, we focus on a single flagship residential development at a time, carried from acquisition through completion under the company's direct oversight.

Our work centers on the acquisition, design coordination, and ground-up construction of high-end single-family residences. Each development is structured around the program of the site, the ambitions of the design, and the technical requirements of building at this level in Los Angeles.

BAFAM engages professional architectural and design consultants to deliver high-quality residential developments from concept through construction. We retain licensed architects, civil and structural engineers, landscape designers, and specialty consultants whose work is coordinated within the company's development framework.
