    Chief Executive Officer & Director

    Principal investor and director of BAFAM. Sets development strategy, capitalizes each project, and holds final accountability for design intent, schedule, and execution.

  • Neda Arya

    Project Manager

    Runs the day-to-day on the active development — coordinating consultants, maintaining schedule and budget, and leading on-site reviews with the contractor and trades.

  • Sofia Clark

    Office Clerk & Operations

    Oversees the office and administrative operations — contracts, project records, vendor coordination, and correspondence across the project team.

For the Cielo Drive Development, BAFAM works with a small, named group of design and construction partners. Engineering and specialty consultants are retained per project and engaged under the company’s direct oversight.
