The Cielo Drive Development is BAFAM's current flagship residential development. Acquired and structured by the company, the project consists of the design and construction of a new single-family residence of approximately 17,400 square feet on a 1.3-acre hillside parcel within the City of Beverly Hills.
The development is positioned as an architecturally driven, ground-up custom residence — a multi-year undertaking that encompasses entitlement, design, technical documentation, and construction. BAFAM acts as the developer and project owner, retaining the architectural, engineering, and construction professionals required to bring the residence to completion.

BAFAM, as the developer and project owner, oversees consultant selection, scope definition, contractual structure, and coordination throughout each phase — from concept design through construction-phase services and project closeout.
